On May 9th I'll be speaking at the Conference Day 2007 organized by the "Data Drive Expertgroup" of the Stichting Marketing. The whole day is about Customer Dialogue and my subject will be virtual worlds. Virtual worlds are good places to start a conversation with customers, so that sounds logical. Come and see me :)
